Terms of Service
These terms apply to Stage Dance AI (the Service, at likejenniedance.com). Effective 5 November 2026.
The service
The Service creates short, synthetic dance videos from authorized pet photos or original fictional character artwork. It is independent and unofficial, with no affiliation or endorsement from Jennie, BLACKPINK or their representatives. It does not supply the original song, recording, lyrics or official choreography. Output is AI-generated and may differ from the examples.
Orders and billing
The public Pricing page lists the three one-time options: US$4.99 for 5 seconds, US$6.99 for 10 seconds and US$9.99 for 15 seconds. Each is for one vertical 9:16, 720p video. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. When live checkout is enabled, Waffo acts as merchant of record and shows the final checkout amount before payment. Payment may allocate credits for the selected generation; those credits are consumed when a video job starts.
Your images and rights
You may upload only photos of your pet or original fictional character artwork when you own the image or have the rights needed to use it. Real-person photos are not accepted, even with consent. Do not upload celebrity likenesses, minors or protected characters. You are responsible for the material you submit and for obtaining rights.
Generated content and acceptable use
A generated clip is synthetic. Do not present it as a recording of an event that happened or use it for deception. Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. You must not submit or generate any of the following: pornography, NSFW content and sexual exploitation; violence, gore and extreme harm; hate speech targeting protected groups; child-unsafe content, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any sexual or exploitative depiction of minors; deepfakes, deceptive impersonation and unauthorized celebrity likenesses; and copyright or trademark infringement. These rules apply to uploads, instructions and generated output. Depending on the violation and applicable law, we may refuse generation, remove content, freeze or revoke credits associated with the violation, restrict or suspend an account, or terminate it.
Reporting abuse and appeals
Report suspected abuse to support@likejenniedance.com with a description of the content, an order or task ID if available, the reason for the report and an accessible link. Do not email illegal images or videos, especially CSAM; provide identifying details or a link instead. We review reports and may request information, restrict access to reported content or retain the minimum evidence needed for review or legal obligations. We may notify affected users where appropriate and lawful. To appeal a decision, contact the same address with the relevant reference and reasons. Availability and delivery
Generation can fail or be delayed, and a particular movement, appearance or result is not guaranteed. If a generation job fails, credits consumed for that job are intended to be restored. If delivery remains unresolved, contact support with your order reference. Our Refund Policy explains how we handle requests.
Accounts and privacy
Keep your account credentials secure. We handle photos, account information and orders as described in our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms as the Service changes; the version published here applies from its effective date.
